Rohit Vashisth has been a professional working with top corporates, across diffferent countries. A self starter, his specialisation is essentially in the area of operations management. An engineer from IT-BHU and a management graduate from IIFT, he has keen interest in applying his skills to solving problems that plague India’s development sector.

Kapil is an expert around marketing, communication strategy and has occupied senior positions in government, and corporates, in the development sector. His passion is golf, and social development. He remains one of the pillars of support for our organisation.

Reena has been a teacher, by profession – with over 30 years of experience. She is now based out of Australia. She remains an inspiration for many of us, with her thinking and opinions on what true social development means.

Subir has worked in the private sector, is an able strategist, and passed out from IIM Bangalore. He helps and advises the Management Committee at WattAVillage, and provides direction and a road-map that helps achieve the overall goals of the organisation.
